Terms of Delivery
24% VAT included in all prices. We reserve the rights to any changes in the prices.

Returns Policy
Our products have a 14 day return policy, excluding products made at order (e.g. the diamond rings that have been tailor made for a certain size).

All of the returned products must be in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase – unused and re-sellable. We do not refund products that have been soiled or damaged when tried on. In cases when you feel unsure about a product you wish to return, please contact our customer care by email, info(at)baad.fi. The email address is protected against spamming.

In case of product return outside of EU, possible duties can be collected from the customer.

Products made at order (Ordered Products) do not have the right to exchange or return. Ordered Products are typically diamond and gold jewellery. On Ordered Products, the delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks.

Payment
The final amount to be charged will always be visible at the checkout before the final confirmation.

The total cost of the products and postage will be paid when placing the order. The following ways of payment are available through internet banking: Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Nordea, Sampo, Aktia, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken. The payment takes place through the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. There is also a possibility to choose an advance payment method.

Payments by Klarna Checkout
In Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard transactions Klarna is the seller and the sale occurs between the customer and Klarna. The seller is responsible for the transaction and its obligations. Klarna is also the payee.

Delivery Method And Period

All of the orders are sent through Itella (Finnish National Post Office) as a postal package or letter depending on the weight of the order. The order will be delivered in approximately 7-14 days.
