All our products have a 14-day returns policy.
All of the returned products must be in the same condition as they were purchased, unused and re-sellable. We do not refund products that got dirty (e.g. with animal hair) or damaged when tried on. In cases when you feel unsure about a product you wish to return, please contact our customer care by email, info(a)brandanddesign.fi. The email address is protected against spamming.
The final amount to be charged will always be visible at the checkout before the final confirmation.
The total cost of the products and postage will be paid when placing the order. The following ways of payment are available through internet banking: Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), Nordea, Sampo, Aktia, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken. The payment takes place through the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. There is also a possibility to choose an advance payment method.

If you wish to pay by Visa, Visa Electron of MasterCard, any reclamations should be directed to Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
In Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard transactions Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is the seller and the sale occurs between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is responsible of the transaction and its obligations. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the payee.

Delivery method and period
All of the orders are sent through Posti as a postal package or letter depending on the weight of the order. The order will be delivered in approximately two weeks.
