Apart from the collections, I also design and manufacture unique pieces and business gifts. I listen to the customer and based on their wishes, I want to create jewellery that will become important to them.

I graduated as a jeweller and object designer from the Lahti Institute of Design in 2004. Already during my studies, I was part of a collective of young designers called HundPark until 2005. After my graduation, I found my way to Galleria Koru on Fredrikinkatu, Helsinki where I worked as an independent designer and designed jewellery under my own name for four years. In the spring of 2008, together with Anniina Dunder we founded our own store and workshop called Studio-Shop in Töölö, Helsinki. Since the foundation of Studio-Shop, I have designed jewellery under the trademark Pioni Design.
